Terms of Service

The legal framework governing our logistics partnerships, transportation agreements, and digital service utilization at NIOX SUPPLY CHAIN RECRUITMENT & CONSULTING LLC.

Logistics management and legal documentation visual

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the services provided by NIOX SUPPLY CHAIN RECRUITMENT & CONSULTING LLC, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. We don't take these lightly. These conditions apply to all shippers, carriers, and site visitors alike. Have you reviewed your specific freight agreement recently?

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, we unfortunately cannot facilitate your logistics requirements. Continued use of our dispatch portal constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any amendments.

Carriage

All transportation services are subject to the Carmack Amendment and specific bill of lading terms issued at the point of origin.

Liability

We limit our cargo liability to $100,000 per shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing 48 hours prior to pickup.

Payments

Our standard net-30 terms apply to all invoices. Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. No exceptions.

2. Operational Guidelines

Our fleet operates under strict DOT safety regulations. When you book a load with us, you're verifying that the cargo is properly packed and described. Who's responsible for the loading? The shipper bears full responsibility for blocking and bracing to prevent transit damage.

NIOX SUPPLY CHAIN RECRUITMENT & CONSULTING LLC reserves the right to refuse any hazardous materials that weren't disclosed during the initial quoting process. Safety is our non-negotiable priority.

3. Digital Platform Usage

We've built our tracking system to give you real-time visibility. Don't share your dispatch credentials. You'll be held liable for any data breaches resulting from poor password hygiene on your end. We use 256-bit encryption, but your security is a two-way street.

"The complexity of modern supply chains demands clear legal boundaries. At NIOX SUPPLY CHAIN RECRUITMENT & CONSULTING LLC, we ensure our contracts are as transparent as our tracking." - Ruixu Akpototano, Operations Director

4. Claims & Disputes

Notice of loss or damage must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. Why so fast? Immediate reporting allows our claims department to initiate investigations with the drivers while the shipment context is fresh.

All legal disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Harris County, Texas. This is where NIOX SUPPLY CHAIN RECRUITMENT & CONSULTING LLC is headquartered and where our core operations reside.
